Quick Tip: Diagnose Bluetooth from the menu bar

You can diagnose your Bluetooth connection and even create a full diagnostics report using the Bluetooth System Preferences panel, but you can do the same directly from the status bar (aka menu bar) in Mac OS X Lion.

Hold down the Option key while you click the Bluetooth icon in the status bar and you will see the version, name and address of your Mac’s Bluetooth network. There’s also an option to create a full diagnostics report on the desktop.
